An inhabitable landscape, crafted of steel and soil, establishes a community park that serves two purposes; a site for everyday nature play and an essential form of infrstructure for flood control during extreme weather events. This project units rigid form with temperate flux. A neighborhood gathering space of dirt making, constructed of pre-fabricated steel trusses and C&D extracted soil establishes a new typology of water management.
