A decentralized water grid for public housing in the Bronx, NY. Nine buildings, 225 units, sitting atop 100,000 sqft of pervious wetland. Each unit responds directly to the infrastructural objectivity of the localized water treatment system, including an underground bio-membrane reactor. The system has the capacity to clean 37,250 gallons of water per day and can be used to capture municipal overflow during server weather events.
